Find out where your gym hour actually goes.

You leave the gym with a feeling. You couldn't say where the minutes went. Ledge logs your sets like any gym app, and keeps an account of every minute in between.

01 · The rail

Watch your hour drain down the side of the screen.

A line runs down the left of every workout, coloured by what you're doing right now: warming up, working, resting, moving between exercises, or losing time. At the bottom, your finish time moves with your pace.

  • Know you're late at set six, not in the car park.
  • Every rest shows the time you actually took, next to the set.
  • Red only appears when you're past a limit you set yourself.

02 · Voice notes on every set

Say it while it's true.

A microphone sits beside every set. Tap it, say what happened, and the note is transcribed and saved on that set with the time. The number and the reason end up on the same line.

  • No typing between sets with chalk on your hands.
  • After your last set, all the notes for that exercise in one summary.
  • Next week, you read why set three felt heavy.

03 · The receipt

Leave with a receipt, not a feeling.

When you finish, you get one sentence that tells you how the session went, then where every minute went. Your first workout measures you. After that, it holds you to your own numbers.

  • Your targets come from how you actually train, not a template.
  • Each exercise shows its rests and the gaps between exercises.
  • History tracks your minutes month by month, next to your lifts.
